  • What can I expect from the session?
    ✨ 5 Minutes: Preparation Choose your props Do touch-ups (makeup, hair, etc.). Test the camera and get comfortable ✨ 20 Minutes: Unlimited Shooting Take as many photos as you like within this time frame! ✨ 10 Minutes: Photo Selection Review all the photos you took Select 2 photos to print ✨ 5 Minutes: Photo Printing and Ending Session Wait for your selected photos to be printed Choose to get digital copies of all the photos taken for additional $10 Final payment
  • What is the maximum number of people that can join the session?
    👨‍👨‍👧‍👦 To ensure that everyone can comfortably fit in the picture frame, a maximum of 4 people are allowed in a session.
  • Am I able to book multiple sessions?
    Yes. You are allowed to book more than one session. Book as many as you'd like!
  • What if I am late to the session?
    If you are more than 15 minutes late for your booking, it will be considered a no-show and will result in cancellation.
  • What are your rescheduling and cancellation policies?
    We understand that life happens, please contact us at muselens.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Please note that any cancellations within 48 hours of your session will not be eligible for a deposit refund.
  • Do I need to pay an additional fee for babies or pets?
    Yes, there’s a $10 fee per baby or pet. This is the same cost as an additional person.
  • How many printed photos will I receive?
    The basic package includes 2 printed high quality pearl shine photos. For each extra person/pet, it will include 1 additional printed photo. e.g: If you have 5 people, you get 5 printed photos.
  • Around how many photos do people take in one session?
    On average, people take about 20-120 photos in one session! 😉 We have seen someone take up over 160+ photos!
  • Is your place wheelchair and baby stroller accessible?
    Yes, our studio is accessible for both wheelchairs and baby strollers. Our location are accessible by lifts / elevators and is conveniently located behind Metrotown Skytrain Station.
  • I am shy and I don't know how to pose!
    Don't worry, me too 🙈 This is the whole reason why we started this selfie photography studio. We created a private environment where you can take photos at your own pace with your best angles. Check out our Instagram for inspiration from other customers! We also recommend you to practice posing in front of the full body mirror that is provided in your session.
  • Can I bring personal props or clothes? May I change there?
    Yes, feel free to bring your props and clothes to change! You can use the restroom located on the same floor. You may also change in the photoshoot area, which is enclosed by walls for privacy.
  • How is the parking situation like?
    🚗 Street parking ( paid and free) are available along Silver Avenue and surround areas. You can also park in Metrotown, Station Square or Burnaby Public Library parking lots. It is 15 minute walk away!
